Named after one our founders, the Red Jessie embodies a reddish-copper color that’s sourced from the addition of toffee malt and other roasted malt, giving this beer a sweet toast flavor that finishes smooth and dry.

Name: Proper Bloke
Type: ESB
ABV: 4.5%

Easy drinking and not overly complicated, the Proper Bloke isn’t bitter at all.   It’s a proper English pub ale with flavors of toast, toffee, and chocolate.

Name: Desert Dirty Blond
Type: Blonde
ABV: 5%

An easy-drinking, balanced, and clean pale ale.  The Desert Dirty Blond comes with an initial soft malty sweetness, yet balanced with a light citrus flavor.

Name: American India Pale Ale (West Coast)

A pale colored, and lightly hopped ale, supported by a malt sweetness.

Name: Tailwind IPA

Our Tailwind IPA has intense fruit flavors and aromas, a soft body, and substantial haze, which comes from adding rolled oats and dry hops to the fermentation process.  With less perceived bitterness and a juicy character, this is not your typical IPA!

The smells and flavors of white desert sage warmed by the evening sun and the finish of an easy drinking pale ale.

Name: Farmhouse Saison

A humble Belgian beer with complex flavors ranging from a mild spiciness to sweet fruitiness.  Meant to serve as an afternoon provision to farmers, our take on the Farmhouse Saison results in a refreshing beer that is best enjoyed after a long day’s work (at the office or on your farm).

Name: Scary Gary
Type: Belgian Golden Strong
ABV: 10.5%

A big and complex beer with aromas of pear and sweet oranges coupled with flavors ranging from spicy pepper and sweet malt.  Though this beer packs a punch, don’t be scared.  Scary Gary drinks like a much milder offering.

Name: Cannon Cocker
Type: Double IPA

Brewed with extensive Amarillo, Centennial, Citra, and Simcoe hops, this Double IPA is balanced with malt sweetness against dank hops, and a balanced alcohol punch.   The slight bitterness and the fresh hops aroma of floral, citrus, and pine complete the Cannon Cocker.

For those that love a crisp, malty dark beer with a complex and flavorful dark malt character.  The slight hop bitterness compliments the distinct smoky flavor of our JT Porter.

Name: Hefe-Rye-Zen

Our traditional German-style wheat beer that we’ve created with the addition of rye malt to give it a clean, crisp flavor. Additions of rye, banana, and clove esters result in an intriguing beer with a dry finish.

Name: Barker Dam Brown

The hop flavor of our Barker Dam Brown complements and enhances the malt of our ever-so-slightly bitter beer with light chocolate and caramel flavors.

Name: Rusty Rotarian

An intensely-flavored, big, dark ale with roasted-burnt malt flavor and a warming bittersweet finish.  Our Rusty Rotarian is infused with burnt oak wood chunks that give it a distinct aged character.

With yeast sourced from a Belgian monastery, Two Lost Monks has an intensely rich, sweet and malty aroma.  Our brewing results in a flavor that touches upon caramel and toast with slight hints of clove, bananas, and apples.
